A: If your winning ticket is under $300 each , max we can cash 20 tickets a day via CASH.
If your ticket is over $301 less than $599.99, We can pay you via Company Check , max 20 tickets. If you want access CASH ,we will charge you 3%(percent) convenience fee.(We use the fee to cover the bank fees and large cash transactions insurance )

That means: If you are buying a Scratch off ticket ,but second customer want do a QuickDraw , we will priority the QuickDraw customer first , you may need wait additional 30-45 Second, but no more than 3 mins .
